The Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) provides a free, fair and independent dispute resolution service for all electricity and gas customers in New South Wales, and some water customers. "Our aim is to keep essential services within reach for everyone".  The EWON website contains extensive and helpful information if you have a problem also available in many languages.

ACMA's role is to ensure the community is well informed about the communications products and services available to them. Website contains useful links to find consumer and community advice in the areas of broadcasting, the internet, telecommunications and radiofrequency spectrum.

Commonwealth Ombudsman - www.ombudsman.gov.au
The Commonwealth Ombudsman considers and investigates complaints from people who believe they have been treated unfairly or unreasonably by an Australian Government department / agency or prescribed private sector organisation, including Australia Post, Centrelink, Child Support (DHS), and Department of Immigration and Border Protection. The Commonwealth Ombudsman is also the ACT Ombudsman.  Our aim is to resolve complaints impartially, informally and as quickly as reasonably practicable. If we cannot assist with a particular complaint, we will explain why, and suggest other avenues for resolving the matter.
