Mental Health Online (formerly Anxiety Online) is an internet-based treatment clinic for people with mental health problems. It is an initiative of the National eTherapy Centre (NeTC) at Swinburne University of Technology and funded by the Federal Department of Health and Ageing. It encompasses four sections: Information; Clinical Assessment; Publicly Available Treatment Programs; and Research Trials.

The eCentreClinic is a specialist research clinic and a not-for-profit initiative of Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. We develop and evaluate state-of-the-art free online treatment Courses for people with symptoms of worry (GAD), panic, social anxiety (Social Phobia), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress, depression, low mood and other health conditions including chronic pain. We offer FREE access to these treatment courses via participation in clinical trials, which we run throughout the year.  We develop free online and internet-delivered treatment Courses because we know that millions of Australians experience anxiety, depression and other conditions each year. But, few access or are able to access traditional face-to-face treatments. Our aim is to increase access to effective treatment.

Mental health and wellbeing - Headspace can help if you’re experiencing significant changes in thoughts, feelings and/or behaviour, if you’re being bullied, hurt or harassed or just not feeling yourself. General health - Headspace has youth friendly general practitioners (GPs) and health nurses who can help with any physical health issues. A GP can also help you with issues related to contraception, sexual health, drug or alcohol use, relationship problems or feeling down or upset. Alcohol and other drug services - If drugs and alcohol are starting to affect things that matter to you, like your mental health, wellbeing or friendships, headspace can help. Work, school and study - headspace work and study specialists can help you if you’re struggling at school, unsure what course you want to do, need a hand writing a resume, or if you are searching for a job.

Based on the principles of recovery, we work with people towards developing hope, skills and confidence to independently manage their mental health and recovery. Enhanced Adult Community Living Support Service (EACLSS) will provide support for people experiencing severe and enduring mental illness. We will work together in partnership with clinical, community mental health and regional supports to provide a wide range of supports so people we work with can achieve independent living in the community and meaningful long term illness self-management.
