The Carevan is staffed by trained volunteers who serve a well balanced and prepared meal to those who attend, as well as provide fruit, tea, coffee and milo.  It gives the chance for those who are less fortunate to engage in conversation with our friendly volunteers and enjoy a warm meal.

Griffith Base Hospital Auxiliary
The Auxiliary is a not-for-profit organisation and runs the Kiosk situated in the Griffith Base Hospital, with the money raised by the Auxiliary used to buy equipment requested by the Hospital management. The Auxiliary monthly meeting is held the first Thursday of each month in the Nurses Training School. This is all done by volunteers.
